Over the Moon!

 
With the deepest humility, I feel over the moon!

Finding a calling is one thing, being able to honor it is another. 

My business plan is to do amazing work with clients who inspire me. I am blown away by the power of referral and I am grateful to so many of you who have supported me in making my highest contributions in the world. Thank you!

2021 blew my mind:

  • Supported senior leaders and leadership teams in the US, China, India, Singapore, and England.

  • Worked with clients from multi-billion dollar global giants to middle-market growth engines.

  • Created client value that doubled what I thought was possible as a boutique business.

The 2021 intention I set was “VOICE” with the emotion of "COURAGE". Looking back, 2021 tested my courage to use my VOICE in so many ways.
 

  1. Published a book "Leadership Unlocked" to share my unique VOICE (Mind-Body Leadership) to help other leaders increase their impact and fulfillment. This led to being asked by a client organization to speak in front of 3600 leaders, plus other speaking engagements and podcast interviews - because I used my authentic VOICE in the book. So many of you supported this book project, thank you! (Whisper: It is a great new year's gift to someone you care about.)

  2. Featured on TV (ABC) to represent International Coaching Federation (ICF) and promote the power of coaching using my proud VOICE. Interviewed by Authority Magazine sharing my VOICE on my journey to/in America.

  3. Featured in the newspaper and on the radio, my first time speaking up as an Asian American VOICE. I felt sick to my stomach (from pure fear) when I hit the “send” button to submit my article. Yet, afterward, I never felt more authentic.

  4. The most powerful moments for my clients happen when I use my compassionately direct VOICE. I believe in them more than anyone else, and I say things that no one else dares to say.


Fly with Me!

The intention I am setting for 2022 is "BIRD" with the emotion of "EASE".

I honor my purpose to help other leaders express their lives fully and I cherish the responsibility to spread the message of Mind-Body Leadership to increase impact and fulfillment.

My name in Chinese, Yan (燕), means an auspicious BIRD that announces the arrival of spring (it looks like a swallow with a tuxedo tail).

In 2022, I intend to continue to use my courageous VOICE to serve, and I intend to adopt the spirit of a BIRD - with lightness, joy, and ease.

I so appreciate the support and trust you have bestowed on me. I wish you and your loved ones a wonderful holiday season!
