Ever feel frustrated or angry and blame it on something or someone else?
I know I do. We are humans.
Let me share a story I learned from Wayne Dyer. He held up an orange and asked, 'If I squeeze this orange, what comes out?' The audience replied, 'Orange juice.'
Yes, Exactly. When you squeeze an orange, you get orange juice – not apple juice, and not any other juice.
Wayne Dyer explained that when someone or something triggers us and we respond with anger, it’s because anger is already inside of us. If we’re filled with joy and love, that’s what will come out instead.
We can choose.
Instead of anger or frustration, we can choose joy and love.
